In response to the long form needs analysis on this site, Tatiana Burdiak, Sales Specialist at the Journal Register Company, sent us a short marketing analysis she uses to quickly assess a clients digital strategy. We like this form so much we decided to share it here.

Marketing:
What does your marketing mix consist of?
What medium has been most successful?

Online marketing: What is your current online marketing strategy?
Do you have any type of web analytics set up on your website for site metrics and campaign tracking?

Explain how you are using the following:

Search Marketing
a.) Pay-Per-Clicks (keywords)
b.) Search Engine Optimization (organic search)

Email Marketing
a.) Use for customer retention? Or acquisition?
b.) How did you acquire your customer database?

Social Media Marketing
a.) What social platforms are you using? (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Blogs…)

Mobile Marketing?

Display Advertising ? i.e. banner ads
a.) What publisher sites are you on?
b.) What positions?

What is your conversion rates per online marketing campaign? What are the most successful?
