AutoKlose: a new option for automating sales emails

A new platform for media interested in serious B2B marketing

For media interested in serious B2B marketing, a new option comes from AutoKlose: a platform that supplies both drip email sales campaigns and relatively affordable access to an email database.

The result is the ability to easily create automated sales emails for drip marketing campaigns. Unlike traditional mass email marketing, there is an optional unsubscribe button on the emails. The platform is just $49 a month, and can include unlimited team members.

The rep can create a personal signature at the bottom, and schedule unlimited automated follow-ups that end when the user has opened and clicked. Here is an example below with the schedule of follow-ups on the left:

The sender can select from or create sales templates for different sets of clients, and an integration from Vidyard allows users to create videos from their screen on the email platform.

These videos can even be turned into product demos.

Integrations with MailChimp, SalesForce and Hubspot push the information into those platforms, but do not pull the data out. To begin a campaign from those platforms, the sender still needs to upload the files. Media who want to market separately to new customers can import the "do not mail" list of their current customers.

This is especially helpful for companies who want to access more B2B data, which AutoKlose also licenses for $750 a quarter (an increase in December). Using the database, a sender can select a SIC code, title, area and send to those names.

The data is all B2B, and, again, the company allows senders to export the opens and clicks to use as leads. Depending on the campaign, owner/founder Shawn Finder showed me some open rates from cold emails of 35 to 50%.
