Many thanks to Creative Circle Media this week for helping us upgrade this site to make it more easily searchable. Here are some of the changes in the navigation bar to help members find what they are looking for: • There are now eleven topical areas in the top navigation bar, from deals to marketplaces and search to social. It's not perfect (what really is the difference between content, a directory and a marketplace?) but we think you will be able to find what you need a little more easily. • One addition is "C-Suite," where we will be posting strategies we think C-level executives should be looking at, including a Watchlist of companies that may include broad competitors. • We also added a couple of "Top Ten" lists, starting with the new category of "Innovations." These are revenue models that are available through technology partnerships (or easily replicable) and which have promising first year revenues. In short, our recommendations for some of the best and overlooked opportunities of the year. We'll be updating this list during the year, so look for new updates in my weekly newsletter. •The second "Top Ten List" is for case studies and is under-construction. This list is for companies who have executed strategies with extraordinary proficiency, and from whom we are gathering early data on best practices from comp plans to tricks of the trade....coming soon. •How to's is now composed of all of our "How to" checklists and samples. Samples will have an increasing number of useful tools to copy or simply use, just as the ROI calculator included this week. •Our new topic, conferences, is a feature many of you asked for, and allows you to keep up with conferences you were not able to travel to, and see dates for upcoming ones. more
